Shanghai Project: East China Normal University’s Research and Training Center For Youth Education in Mental Health

East China Normal University’s Research and Training Center For Youth Education in Mental Health (“Research and Training Center”) is co-developed by East China Normal University and The Youth Foundation. As the platform for practitioners in youth mental health diathesis, the Research and Training Center aims to promote youth education of career and life development through different means like research, training, consultation and counseling. Also it builds the bridges of understanding and communication between the youth and the youth workers enabling more teachers and more parents understanding the youth nowadays. Furthermore it attempts to help the youth whom can understand their upcoming challenges and difficulties so that together they can explore different ways to resolve such problems. The members of the Research and Training Center are made up from researchers, training professionals and volunteers in basic education from high schools and research institutions in Shanghai.
