Shanghai Project: Our Vision

We serve youth; build channels of communication and understanding between youth and youth workers; train a team of youth workers who can accompany the adolescents in their youth development; develop the platform for youth workers’ growth and nurture, and channel of exchange; explore their strength in youth workers’ development; enrich youth workers’ training.
